Positive Outcomes with Slightly High BP?

After sometimes uncomfortably low blood pressure last trimester, I registered 138/84 today at my checkup (30w2d). No protein in the urine or other symptoms, but my doctor made sure to remind me of what to watch out for.
I realize the numbers are technically in higher than normal range but I’m otherwise healthy and trying not to get too paranoid.
Any mamas who have had positive (and preeclampsia-free) outcomes despite a high BP reading or two in third trimester?

Buy a blood pressure cuff at the pharmacy for $35 and check it daily at home!  It will likely give you piece of mind, but can also alert you to a problem so you can contact your MD sooner.

Mine tends to bump up the last month...on my 3rd pregnancy and holding steady right now. Both previous pregnancies were just fine despite high BP.

My blood pressure is normally slightly low. Yesterday at my appointment it was 144/86 😮 My ob waited 10 mins and took it again and it went down to 110/79 thankfully. She told me it was likely high due to the walk from the waiting room and not to worry 😅

Yes. Mine was 140/ something high. It was anxiety.

My BP was 160/110. Sent to Labor and Delivery, monitored for two hours and my BP was perfect! Did the 24 hour urine collection and results came back normal. Our bodies are nuts when we are preggo!
