My blood test came back positive monday (hcg 99 monday, 184 Wednesday, go back again tomorrow) and today my best friend got a positive pregnancy test. I am beyond excited and happy that both of our year long fertility journeys might have the happiest of endings. But I'm also so scared. After have a mmc in March I worry about miscarriage a lot and now I feel like there is even more to lose.

Trying to stay cautiously optimistic and go one day at a time.... but it ain't easy!!
