Anyone ever feel like their feelings aren’t validated?

If I didn’t have my MC, I would have given birth this month. My husbands best friend who didn’t want kids!!!! Got his wife pregnant and now they are ecstatic. Well her baby shower invitation came in the mail today and I just ripped it to shreds bc I’m just so frustrated and angry. Now I just feel like I’m a crazy woman. 😭😭😭

I get annoyed just scrolling through fb and seeing people just having babies and announcing pregnancies. I’m right there with ya! Sometimes I just get angry about it all.

Yes. I have been to different gatherings like today - saw two Mom friends who know about the mc and one of them gave me the sweetest hug (calling it awkward but I told her I loved it), and the other said nothinggg. 
In my head I was screaming at the top of my lungs!!

Your feelings are valid. My sister-in-law accidentally got pregnant, and her gender reveal party was happening the week I started my MC, it was awful. A month and half has passed and I’m just now okay being around her again. 
It’s heart breaking to see other people announcing their pregnancies when you’ve lost one and back to square one. Keep in mind though, you may not know the struggles they’ve faced to get to that point. When I see a new announcement I have a minute of frustration, but then I let it pass.

So yes. I get you. But every pregnant woman isn’t a personal attack. I cry too at the announcements but it’s not personal
