Maternity leave Advice
I’ve been with my current employer for 4 going on 5 years but they do not offer a paid maternity leave. I was given three options, FMLA leave, short term disability and NYPFL. Anyone else in the same situation? Are you able to take short term and then also take the paid family leave. To my understanding I only get 8 weeks paid and I would love to have more time with my little one.
