Ovulation and conceiving

Ok, so. My fiance and I have been trying to start a family. He and I live an hour and a half away from each but we try to have sex around when I ovulate. During this week, we had sex Tuesday night (which was the day before ovulation) hoping the odds are in our favor. I've been taking prenatal for the past 3 month after I stopped taking birth control and he takes a suppliment that helps support sperm health. I know it's way to early to know anything, but could the odds for us having a baby have increased?
