I received bad training a week ago on a serious job. When the man was teaching me what to do he went super fast. Didn't really talk much. I was supposed to train with this person all day, but when I tried following the person to continue the job training, he start doing his own regular job and kept fading away in the back ground. For example he started putting up boxes and I asked what are you doing now. He told me, but didn't explain.
