So this our first time actually really trying after our Miscarriage in February of this year. I decided to start checking my temp around the same time when I wake up for work in the morning. All I know is that I got my peak OPK on the 14th of August in the evening so I probably ovulated on the 15th because I took another OPK and it was negative. This morning was the highest temperature that I received so far and I am 8DPO. Please help me make sense of the chart! I’M SO CONFUSED lol.
