Bug spray and 11 month old

Okay before my son was born I purchased a can of house hold raid spray for a minor bug problem I was having. I stored the can up on the laundry room shelf but last night my 18 year old brother got the can down and sprayed a bug in the living room where my son plays... from what I’ve read online bug spray can be toxic to babies and even can cause neurological damage. My son, husband, and I were in our bedroom asleep when it happened. What should I do? Obviously I’m gonna wash all of his toys down, but what about the carpet? Any advice is welcomed.
