Tell her now or wait and Skype?

Hi everyone :) I just got my first BFP this morning! My husband is originally from Canada and we are going to visit his family on Aug 31st. We have been TTC for the past few months hoping we would get lucky and become pregnant and be far enough along to announce to his mom while we are visiting. She is very eager for a grand baby and I would love to tell her in person but I realize it is INSANELY early to normally share the news in case it doesn’t stick. 
What are your thoughts on the situation? 💖

It would be great to tell then when you see them but it’s up to you. I told my mom as soon as I found out and ended up having a miscarriage. That was so embarrassing and so hard to go back and tell family since I had told them so early. I waited til 8 weeks to tell them this time.
