Pregnant and cramping

I'm 7 weeks 6days and I've been having the worst headache the last few days to. I feel like my head is about to pop even with Tylenol. I have to take it everyday. Today I woke up feeling achy in my lower back and stomach. When I wiped I noticed the paper had a brownish color to it. Has anyone experienced this and should I be worried?
