This is my first time ever on BC. I took it a week before and felt fine. I started taking it with FH Pro given to me by doc. My symptoms since combining both have been horrible. The doc lowered the dosage to 3 tabs but no improvements.

Headache

Nausea

Drowsiness

Frequent Urination

Lower back Cramps

Spotting

I read the reviews and saw that FH Pro helps regulate periods and was essentially triggering ladies who had not had a period in months. When I told the doc at the fertility clinic, she said it is also a multivitamin and has different uses and still advised me to still take the tabs. It has Coq10 (not the needed amt) in it so it helps w/ egg production.

I'm not seeing the sense in taking BC which stop periods and FH Pro which starts period at the same time.

Any advice?
