Is this cradle cap ?

My son has had this since he was 2 months old he’s now 4 months old when I shampoo his hair I gently scrub with a baby soft bristle brush and it doesn’t go away I’ve been putting eczema cream on his scalp and nothing, has anyone else experienced this and how did you get rid of it ?

Yes. My son had it and it’s almost gone around 10 months but his hair is long so we couldn’t really see it after 4 months. I wouldn’t use eczema cream or anything medicated. Babies don’t typically need shampoo or lotion either, it can mess up the good bacteria and natural oils. Cradle cap doesn’t itch or hurt them so I’d just continue to brush gently and just wait it out.

My pediatricion gave us a medicated lotion to put on it and it was gone in a blink! Ask your ped :)

Aquaphor after a bath! Make sure to use shampoo. After a bit, use a comb to brush it out!

Looks like it! 
I was lucky my son never had it but from two months he was moisturised 3 times a day as he had eczema... I never used soap on his head and I found centraben worked best for him! 
Iv heard using some kind of natural oil and the soft brush that your using can help! There’s over the counter stuff but not sure if that works well.
