6 weeks pregnant no symptoms is this normal?

Hi everyone im 6 weeks pregnant and i dont have any symptoms apart from cramps here and there ? I did for the first 2 days when i found out i was pregnant around 4 weeks have symptoms like fatigue and nausea but since then nothing im a little concerend it it normal

I have no symptoms at all. But felt the same with my miscarriage in April So was worried. Found out today at 7 weeks viability scan that I have a tiny heartbeat beating away. I have a few extra pees at night and that’s it. I think we should count ourselves lucky! Try not to stress until your scan and keep busy. Good luck ❤️
