Bridesmaid @ 34 weeks..

I’m in a wedding for a close friend on 02/29/2020. I will be roughly 34 weeks pregnant (about 4 weeks before I will likely have my scheduled c-section delivery). We have to order our bridesmaid dresses by 09/01 so they can be dyed at the same time to ensure they match perfectly. The color is champagne.

How do I approach her to let her know that I’m not sure I can order the bridesmaid dress brand that she’d like us to be in.. should I just ask if she still wants me to be in the wedding & if she would be okay with me wearing a different brand dress? I know it would be hard to match, since she wants them to be exact, but I’m not sure what else to do 😩 HELP! She’s very sensitive, so I’m really nervous.

I know I could probably buy a really large size in the bridesmaid dress but it’s already $250.. then I can’t imagine what I would be spending on alterations 2 weeks before the wedding. Ugh.
