Daith ear piercing for headaches?

Has anyone had their Daith pierced? I have heard it can help with migraines and headaches. Was wondering what other people’s experience is? Also, was it painful? Thanks !

I’ve had mine since January and love it. I still get the occasional headache, but migraines are practically gone. I do suggest getting both done when you go. If you only do one, it can chase the pain to the other side of your head. That is an odd and can be unnerving feeling.

I've had migraines since I was 4. Usually have at least one a week. I've had mine pierced now for a month. I didn't do it in hope of migraine relief, however I have been migraine free since having it pierced. It hurt, but nothing extreme.

Besides lobes I have my rook, cartilage, 3x forward helix and snug pierced and I haven't had a headache in forever. I got them done for fun, not specifically for headache relief, but it helped!

I had a friend who did this. She still gets headaches every once in awhile. But hasn’t had any migraines since. We were just talking about it a few days ago.

I have had my pierce for a couple months. My SIL actually took a video while doing it. It’s helped with my everyday headaches but it doesn’t touch the stress or anxiety headaches.
