Spotting/period after bc pills

I recently came off my bc pills this weekend. Yesterday I had what I thought was a period, only 5 days later, then it quit and today there was a little discharge but it's pink everytime I wipe. Anyone else have this? Would you consider a withdrawal bleed or period? I hate being a girl sometimes.
