Low carb sausage balls

1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 c. Almond flour

1 c. Sharp cheddar cheese

1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 350*. Mix all together. Make sure the sausage isn’t too hot or it will cook the egg. Roll into balls and place on parchment paper. Approx.: 30 balls

Bake 15 minutes.
