Post iui cramps normal?

Insemination yesterday

I've had cramps after an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>, and I've had no cramps after an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>. Which one is a good sign? It's hard to stay positive when your not sure if it's normal. Really hoping this one sticks

Had cramping at 1-3DPO and 6-8DPO. I’m in my tww hoping Aunt Flo doesn’t visit.

I have had two pregnancies from IUI (tbh both ended in miscarriage but that has nothing to do with the cramping). I did have cramps off and on after IUI. It was slightly nerve racking at first but my doctor repeatedly assured me it was normal and ok.

Post iui cramps normal?
