Doordash sucks

I hate ordering from doordash to begin with but while I was at work today 2 other co workers of mine decided to doordash food. We all ended up doordashing from the same place. Our delivery time was 10:45 and we would be taking our breaks at 11. We all put in the “order details” that we were working and to drop the food inside my work at the counter. (Keep in mind we’ve done this many many times before and have never had an issue).

So 10:45 comes around and both my co workers food is delivered. (All three of us had different dashers). Then 10:55 comes around and I get sent on my break. I messaged the dasher asking if he was there and to bring my food inside. These are the messages I received.

I called doordash and they read through the texts on their computer. They apologized and said they would have a conversation with him. She also said she looked and could see the order details that showed me saying to drop it inside chipotle and that I also did put the suite number. They wouldn’t give me a refund for my food all they could do was give me doordash credits for another purchase
