Big blood clots during cycle

I’ve been on my cycle since the 28th of July till now. Almost a whole month. But I’ve never had huge blood clots like this. I’ve been to doctors and they say it’s normal and nothing is wrong. I’ve been super heavy and have to wear pads and change every 20 minutes. Has anyone else ever experience this. Sorry for the pictures
