Abnormal periods

Okay we can all agree periods are crazy and I don’t know if any other woman experiences this, but my periods are different every time. Sometimes it comes every two weeks, every two months, or every other month. And sometimes it’s bizarre that’s it actually FRIKKEN NORMAL. And ofc it fluctuates from being extremely heavy to really, really light. I’ve already been to the doctors and I have PCOS so it’s not out of the ordinary for me. But do any of you other ladies have this? Also, does anyone else not have blood while peeing, but have blood on the tampon?
