Anyone have pregnant or TTC with MTHFR gene mutation?

Question

After my 5th miscarriage, I got bloodwork for just about every thing under the sun. My bloodwork came back and I have the MTHFR A1298C gene mutation. I figured out the basics of what this means and I'll be seeing a hematologist soon, but I'm wondering what to expect. Did it change your care with a high-risk pregnancy or TTC?

I have the mutation. I have a daughter and that pregnancy went well. I did not find out until my second pregnancy when I miscarriage. Then 6 months later, i miscarriage again and that was when they told me I had the mutation. I am 9 weeks pregnant now and they have me taking methylfolate 1000mcg instead of acid folic. So far we have seen the heartbeat and the baby was fine. The two previous pregnancies we found something was wrong in the ultrasound and baby heartbeat was abnormal.

I have it and so does hubby.
I live in Australia so the care is different but as I miscarried at 6 +4 each time. I had extra ultrasounds and blood draws. 
I have 3 living children, 29 weeks pregnant and have had 21 miscarriages.  I have only counted medically confirmed miscarriages. 
It's been hard but I at least know why we miscarry. We have a 1/4 chance of a successful pregnancy on top of normal miscarriage risk. 
Lots of problems with this gene happen later in life and 1 in 3 people have it.

I have the MTHFR mutation. I have an almost 3 year old and am pregnant with our second. For me, they've had me take a baby aspirin daily and I take methyl folate instead of folic acid. That method got me my son and will hopefully bring this second pregnancy to term as well. I did also have to have additional ultrasounds to keep a better eye.
