Baby acne?

What started off as one red stop covered most of her cheeks, is it baby acne?

Ps. Before giving out to me about it not being safe for babies to sleep on their bellies and all that, she is on my chest, I can see and hear her breathe the whole entire time, I am not sleepy.

My baby had this as well. The pediatrician said it was heat rash. I just put some breast milk on the areas and let it dry. It helped so much by the next day. I just have to pay more attention to our temps while feeding.

Btw it’s ok for her to sleep on your chest as long as you’re not sleeping! So why would you think anyone would advise against that?
Breastmilk was my solution for any skin problem but this is very pronounced. Looks allergic not just dry skin. Switch to sensitive everything and organic if I was you.
