Baby yogurt??

My little boy is 7 months old and want to start giving him some Yoghurt but not sure what brand/ type is best for babies! I know they are meant to be made with whole milk/ full fat but no idea what to go for!!

Be careful with “baby or kids” yogurt, usually it is packed full of sugar. I gave my son regular Greek yogurt, usually plain with some fresh fruit added. Now that he is older I give him flavored but I buy one without added sugar.

We always buy Stonyfield organic whole milk yogurt. They make pouches and lil containers.

Just check the ingredients to make sure it doesn’t have added sugar or a bunch of unnecessary things. I don’t remember what brand I bought first but I know it was a plain green yogurt and now I have Dannon Plain yogurt (only ingredient is cultured whole milk).

I used plain whole milk yogurt. I've mixed in pureed fruit to give some variety.
