Vitex during pregnancy

Hi ladies. For those of you who have taken vitex during pregnancy, can you please advise me. I took it for one month before getting my bfp. I know it helped me because I have been ttc for quite some time. I have had a missed miscarriage 3 years ago. I've always had low progesterone. I am currently 8 weeks 5 days pregnant. I decided to carry on taking vitex throughout my first trimester. And I was taking it up until 4 days ago. But I ran out of it. And haven't taken it since. Now I'm confused as to whether I should start taking it again or just leave it as it is. I'm also on cyclogest since 5 weeks pregnant. Although I am taking cyclogest, I am afraid to stop vitex completely, as I have read so many stories where ladies have had miscarriages once they stopped it.
