Wssh routine HELP

Can someone help me figure out my ways routine? I just got a new washer and the Facebook group I’m in Keeps denying my posts about wash routine. I use liquid gain. I need help figuring out pre wash and final wash. How much detergent I use each time..

And if my machine isn’t full (we wash every other day and there’s only like 10-15) pocket diapers and inserts) what else can I wash with them to make it as full as it needs to be.

Idk if it’s showing a full picture. So I’m not sure how to show you all my washer.
