My periods have always been 7 days. They say its not normal if your periods are 8 days or longer.

Mine are usually 8 days. But there are a lot of factors that can adjust its length. Stress, health, exercise, diet, etc.

Last April I had a period that was 9days and then after one that was 7 yes it normal but anytime you go over 10plus days you need to see a doctor because that’s considered abnormal

Legit I’m wondering the same thing. I’m on day 18. But it’s not a normal flow and I thought it stopped twice. No birth control for me so if it’s hormonal I guess that means I’m messed up. Or dying.
