So I’ve never experienced full on vertigo before. I’ve gotten slightly dizzy or light headed before, but never full on vertigo where the entire world is spinning. But, for the first time ever, I experienced pretty bad vertigo last month (can’t remember exactly when in reference to that period) that made me nauseous and get sick, and I just experienced vertigo again a couple days ago the same day I started this period. I’m not sure if the 2 are related. Just trying to find common things I did or was doing at the time these 2 experiences occurred.

Has anyone experienced vertigo during PMS or right at the start of their period? Or do they not have anything to do with one another?
