Advice!! Currently texting with this guy...

Long story short I feel like this guy had played games as far as if he wants anything like a relationship etc. hits me up for plans doesn’t follow through.

He and his ex broke up about a year and half ago and she immediately started dating a new guy. They now just broke up today.

Weird enough, this guy that plays games in now hitting me up at the moment all flirty. Do you think he knows about his ex and is trying to keep his mind off her? Should I say something? He might not know bc he blocked her but his friends might have told him.
