Crazy neighbors demanding we rake and remove the leaves in their yard once a week

We have 4 big trees in our front yard and in the fall the leaves fall. Our crazy neighbor showed up at our house and told us since our trees are already starting to loose leaves that we need to rake up and remove all the leaves in their yard once a week since it’s our leaves. I feel like this is a ridiculous request. They throw party’s every weekend blasting music all night we work on the weekends and never said anything just to keep the peace we even bought ear plugs instead of bothering them to turn down the load mariachi music. In your opinion is their request overboard or understandable?
