Spotting since 3 days

Hi. I have been spotting since the last 3 days and my cycles have not started yet, it is supposed to have started by now. I do notice that I am not spotting consistently and the blood is black. Also I had intercourse during my ovulatory phase (😟) with precautions (condom) but did start off without it, maybe initial few minutes. Can I be pregnant? 🥺🥺😫
