I get anxious on a certain day

I check an app called “Jour” and it helps me calm down every time.

I was feeling anxious today when I woke up so I went on it and did some of the exercises about anxiety.

I looked at the submissions I’ve done and they were always Sundays.

I just realized I always get anxious on Sundays because I don’t see my boyfriend and I start thinking negative thoughts about myself.
