6 weeks or 4 weeks??

Question

According to my LMP (7/7) I’m 6 weeks 4 days. But according to my hcg levels I’m around 4 weeks.. nothing showing on the ultrasound. First level was 463 next day 783. They’re saying it may be an ectopic pregnancy due to no sac on ultrasound. Did this happen to anybody before?

As per my LMP I would be 8 weeks but when I did an ultrasound they couldn’t find anything.  My cycle is irregular so I think that I’m about 4 weeks. I have an appointment on Friday so I’ll see what they tell me.

Maybe you ovulated later than normal which would put you behind.
