TMI kind of question...
Okay so I have had horrible constipation since finding out I was pregnant. Im 7w2d today and I had a bowel movement with a little spotting. It has since stopped but having a little bit of cramping. That can all be from the constipation, right? Anyone else have this issue? What do you do?
