Early signs of preeclampsia? If you had this, what helped/happened?

I’ve been in and out of the hospital all week. It started with a persistent headache and high blood pressure Monday at my second part of my 20 week ultrasound. They kept me for monitoring until BP went down. They ran some blood tests to rule out preeclampsia and my levels were all normal. That night, the headache came back more intensely and so persistently that Tylenol wouldn’t help. I was also very dizzy and faint to the point where I needed help walking down my stairs. We went back to the hospital but the ER didn’t put me in a room after waiting 2 hours and by then I felt okay so I just went home.  
The next morning, I tried going to work and I felt the same way I did the night before. I went to my widwife in the clinic and she prescribed Tylenol with codeine for my headache and sent me home from work to rest until Friday when I would be seen again.
I stayed off my feet and didn’t leave the house the rest of the week until my appointment Friday. I started to feel myself again Thursday aside from having diarrhea. When I got ready and went to my appointment Friday, everything came back. It’s like if I’m resting and off my feet, I’m fine, but when I get up and try to be productive, the dizziness and faint and fatigue and headache come back. My doctor said I didn’t look myself at all and sent me to labor and delivery for fluids and more blood tests. My levels were okay again but I still didn’t feel right so they kept me overnight for observation, keep an eye on my BP and to run more blood in the morning. No more diarrhea that night but stomach pain and nausea every time I would eat.
Saturday, the doctors decided they think it might be the stomach flu which I really doubt because the stomach symptoms happened way later in the week. Because of all the warning signs of preeclampsia, I have to go to an OB rather than my midwife once a week. No stress test on the baby once a week. Labs every 2 weeks. Growth ultrasounds on the baby every 3-4 weeks. They also gave me a steroid shot that I have to get the second part of again today to stimulate baby’s lung growth in case of pre-term labor.
I’m relaxing on the couch at home Sunday morning and the symptoms hit me again out of the blue. Dizziness, headache, nausea, blurry vision. Sometimes it’s hard for me to speak correctly. I don’t feel myself. The hospital cleared me to to go back to work tomorrow yesterday but I don’t feel like I’ll be able to if this keeps up the way it has. I have to go back to the hospital later for that other shot so I’m going to talk to them then. I just want to feel normal again and have a healthy full term baby. I feel like I’ve lost an entire week to this sickness.

My doctor had me take baby asprisn once a day because my BP was getting high. After about a month 1/2 it wasn't helping me he prescribed me blood pressure pills & has me on bedrest. Mine all started around 23-24 weeks, I'm currently 36 weeks now. He had to up my dosage on my BP pills.

I try to make this quick. I had GD, diet controlled, went to a stress test and they said they fround some protein in my urine sent me for a 24 hour urinalysis test. It came back boarderline and they wanted me to do a second one, doctor didn’t want me to go back to work. I did the test, had another blood test and while I was waiting on the results I was seeing a endo for the GD. I had a appointment at 35 weeks everything was fine I told them about what was going on but blood pressure 110/70 I just happened to mentioned I had a ton of eye floaters that morning. Said it was probably nothing got home went to take a nap. Before I could fall asleep my ob office called saying that my urinalysis was boarderline again for preeclampsia and that they will retest but everything should be fine. I mentioned the eye floaters, suddenly they asked for me to come in to check blood pressure. It was a little elevated but nothing of concern, husband was telling me right before I went in he had gotten a ticket and I haven’t had anything to drink yet; it was an early morning. It went back down after a few minutes. They were ready to send me home again but then my ob changed his mind and told me to go to the hospital for blood work. Found out there that they were admitting me when I honestly thought I was just getting bloodwork done and would go home. Turns out my platelet count was low and they didn’t want me to bleed out. I stayed one night and they continued to test my urine. The third round of testing still boarderline but platelets had gotten lower But the start of the second night I started to have minor contractions on my left side. Did a fourth test that’s when my protein levels jumped.      Result came back after the contractions started. That’s when they decided to induce the next day. I never once had high blood pressure. I generally felt weak my whole pregnancy but eye floaters is what caused all this to happen and we were able to induce the moment everything changed.
