Breat Milk Increase?
Hello ladies! I am looking for some tips on how to increase breast milk. There is a lot out there on the internet--enough to make it confusing on what I should try. I had a rough labor and got sick after, which made it hard for my milk to come in. I would still like to try to breast feed as much as I can, and I am at the point where I somehow need to start increasing my milk supply. What can I do? What really works?
