Screwing with my car??

So my ex is still very well not over me he is the type of man that if he can't have me no one. And he's made that very clear. it's been three years since we've been separated we have two kids together. My order of protection against him of two years just expired a couple days ago it's his weekend for the kids and all of a sudden my car is being screwed with. Yesterday there was a clean hole in my oil filter looks like a screwdriver was put through it. Today my fiance takes the car and he couldn't stop the car. The brakes weren't working he pulled into a Jiffy Lube with emergency brake and they said that the lines were loosened or something. Also our other car something with the tires was beeping in the car I guess low air pressure and the tire was slashed. We don't have any other enemies besides my ex how can I prove it was him. It all points to him kids weren't home so they wouldn't be in danger. order of protection just expired. he's done these kind of things in the past. Didn't think to make a police report and we already fixed these issues so what can I do
