What to do

Hey ladies..... so my ex and I been split for almost a year now we have two girls together 3 and 16months. My ex lives in Atlanta and I’m in Colorado I’ve been dating around but nothing serious. I recently met this guy and we been hanging out every day almost. I met his mom and we get along very well. I like him so much that I can see us in a future together. He hasn’t met my girls yet but he wants to. I don’t mind but I also don’t want things to move to fast between us because I really like him

Side note.... I’m on my way to Utah on work for a week and when I get back Im supposed to be moving to Austin Texas with my job..... I want to go but I want to stay 1. Because I’ll have a security net here for my girls and 2. I might have another job opportunity if I decide to stay 3. I really want to see how things would go between us..... idk what to do
