IBS/Leaky Gut while Pregnant

Is there anyone who has experience being pregnant with leaky gut syndrome and IBS? This is so hard. Mine is caused by food intolerances, chronic inflammation and bacterial overgrowth in my intestines. It’s not quite like SIBO, but many similar symptoms and discomfort.

I think I’ve just been eating too much sugar maybe? All my body has been craving is sweet stuff like pancakes for breakfast and donuts and chocolate milk (diary free). Normally I’m pretty good at following my diet to avoid the inflammation building up. I don’t eat gluten, dairy, corn, oats, and cane sugar. Sometimes I’ll do okay cheating a little and have a small amount of sugar or gluten. It never immediately effects me. But somehow it seems to build up in my system. And then I wake up one morning sick.

Any tips on how to help curb these cravings while being pregnant? Especially in the first trimester? It’s so hard because when nothing else sounds good except what I’m not supposed to be eating, then of course I’m going to eat whatever I need to get food in my system.
