Tips on staying positive?
Alright, this is my first post, I’m usually a suuuper positive person and sometimes my friend think that makes me fake for just sticking a smile on regardless. I’m trying and I’m trying and I’m trying but I struggle with binge eating and I haven’t had a full blown binge in so long and all the rage and self loathing has suddenly flooded back and I just need to stick a plaster on that broken dam for a while- any tips on staying positive whilst the impending doom of a new school year is on its way?
