MIGRAINE HELP!🤧
I get migraines with aura and lately I’ve been getting them a week apart and they’re super painful, way more than they usually are. My arms go numb and I can’t see anything, my I get nauseous. Gimme your tips and tricks to dealing with them please! I have prescription migraine meds but I need new ones. (Migraines caused by hormonal imbalance)
