Confused 🤷‍♀️

Here is my chart for this month (I did have a couple glasses of wine Friday night so it could explain my higher temp Saturday morning?) Today I had some spotting when I wiped and now it’s gone. I feel like absolute garbage today (headache, exhausted). Could this be implantation bleeding or spotting before my period which is due in 7 days? Idk!
