Cramping 4 dpo?!

This is our first cycle trying (and boy have we tried!) And it's so weird bc every cycle since I was 12 I never had cramps until the day before my period. But my period is ages away and I ovulated 3-4 days ago and I've been having cramps (mild but noticeable) all day.

I had the same issue. This is our first month trying for our third pregnancy. My period is like clock work. I only cramp the day before my period and never spot mid cycle. I started cramping with very mild spotting at 4dpo and now ( 6dpo ) I have a very full bloated feeling. I know it’s early but I can’t help but feel like it’s possible to know this early. I google it  and it said it’s possible for implantation to happen as soon as 5dpo and as late as 15 dpo. If the app is wrong and we ovulated even a day or two earlier it’s possible it’s implantation. Anything’s possible I suppose.

Answer

If you have conceived, implantation (on average) normally occurs at 9 dpo, as early as 7 dpo, or as late as 12 dpo. And if implantation does take place, it takes another 2-3 days for the HCG to rise.
