Big bumps under skin and tiny bumps?

Help.... I have so many bumps under my makeup and tiny ones...my foundation might look dry and Camry because I don't have my usual mostrizer or setting spray which I will get tonight , also the lightening. What will help get rid of these huge bumps. I've had acne since I was 12 but these are huge!!! It's mainly around my jaw and mouth Area and yes I have severe dry skin , dry everything. I have school in a week!!! I dont want these bumps , I'm ok with my scars but bumps... not so much

Differin gel saved my skin! You’re supposed to use it at night with no other products on top of it. It’ll make you peel so you have to use a very hydrating moisturizer and a chemical exfoliant in the morning. I would also recommend using a more lightweight foundation and just spot concealing the acne. Make sure all of your face products are noncomedogenic!

1) stop using foundation for awhile
2) keep your skin clean (micellar water are my to go) and let it breath
Those bumps are probably clogged pores and it will be great if you can get an appointment with cosmetologist and do a hygiene treatment. Maybe chemical peeling can help.
But first thing first - stop using heavy makeup for a while and let your skin breathe. 
To much product can also clog the pores so keep it minimal and clean.

Clean and clear has this acne spot treatment it’s super cheap and I find it works great not being rude with this but I would cut down with the makeup of you wear it everyday and try a different face routine if you wash your face every morning or night

Get a really good retinol. It helps with skin turnover so at first it dries you but it gets rid of old skin which overtime helps get rid of the acne. Simple skin routine. Cleanser, retinol and moisturizer. Save up for nice products. Skin medica has a great retinol.
