Advice????

I really want to lose some weight and I’m not really sure how to go about it. I’ve been eating pretty healthy for a while now and I usually don’t eat when I’m not hungry. I lack the organizational skills to keep a food log but my diet is generally good. I’ve also been planning on lifting at a gym with a friend of mine but we have polar opposite schedules and I’m so embarrassed of going to the gym alone. What are some other things I can do to help get into shape?
