Seeking advice

Is it possible because I have a reoccurring battle with bacterial vaginosis that i am unable to have kids? Been trying to be a first time mommy for a little over 3 years now and have had no luck... and when I did have a break it turned into a miscarriage and ever since it's made me feel like I'm worthless and can't make my partner happy with our lifestyle..😔
