Concerned

I have been feeling "weird" lately I have no clue why but 3 or 4 days ago I got this weird pain in my right leg I shook it off. Fast forward to today the pain is still there it hurts to walk but my ankle has noticeable gotten much much larger it's extremely swollen this came out of no more and gets worse as more hours past, I went to cvs and checked my blood pressure(something told me to and I had to go to 3 different stores) anyways it was 147/80 its NEVER that high.. just 2 days ago It was 118/80... now I'm just plain confused should I tell my doctor on Tuesday???
