Holy painful gas pains and bloat!!

I'm only 5 weeks 4 days and I'm so uncomfortable and even in pain at times from the bloat and trapped gas. I have a 2.5 year old and don't remember having this with him. Should I be concerned? I look like I did at 5 months pregnant. Anything that will help it? I've had two miscarriages and it's pretty scary to suddenly feel painful cramps but then I realize they're just gas 🤦🏽‍♀️
