I’m suppose to ovulate tomorrow then period in 2weeks. I’m been having severe cramping all day and medium to heavy bleeding

I am literally having the same thing happen to me! I started bleeding yesterday and I am supposed to be ovulating today. I started cramping yesterday also..due for period in 2 weeks from today.

Implantation bleeding can be that dark. It was for me, I have gotten it with my last two pregnancies. Both times I thought it was my period because of was that dark and heavy and lasted a few days.
