So last year I was told by the doctor I was consuming too much carbs at that time I was 152, I always weighed around 135, this morning I weigh myself at 133, I want to maintain my weight and start to tone and build muscle. Starting march of this year I took workout classes at least four times a week which helped me to lose some weight but now I don't want to lose any more. What should I do to help my situation, cut out the workout classes and focus on just the weight training, eat more, I just don't know what to do about this.
